A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm an appointment; the amount and payment method are arranged directly with the salon and are not processed through this website. New bookings and online changes through our site require your appointment to start at least 48 hours after the time of the request (US Eastern). Changes or cancellations within that window must be handled by phone at (571) 276-1896.
